Bought two sets for my fishing kayaks. Work exactly as designed

It holds up my 10'3" canoe very well.

These do work but don't have that wide of a kayak

These work very well for my yak but if I got any wider it might not hold it as well. I can see it being a real balancing act. They seem well enough built to hold a kayak but they are pretty thin metal.
