It was nice and heavy weight, durable feeling..

When the bike rack arrived there was minor damage to the package that resulted in a part of one of the adjusting knobs being broken. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly with a resolution that was satisfactory. The rack itself (I have the two bike version) is well built and carries both my heavy ebikes without any problem (I do remove the batteries to keep the weight down). I like the rubber restraining bands and prefer them to the velcro straps other racks use. The tilt and fold feature works nicely as well. Being able to fold it up is a must when parking on the street and the tilt feature allows me to open the rear hatch without removing the bikes. Overall a great rack at a very good price.

I use this rack for my e-bike. I made some minor modifications to the bolt that attaches the rack to the car. Couldnt be happier with quality and price.

The rack has most of the features of the very expensive ones, including a threaded anti wobble hitch fitting that doesn't appear in the pictures. The welds, although could be better, appear to be adequate. The paint was chipped in a couple of places so I would suggest giving it a once over with a can of anti rust black spray paint. All of the bolts have nylon(looking) inserts to prevent getting unscrewed because of vibrations, but I'll be adding some anti seize for extra insurance. The bars to secure the top tube are coated with rubber, but I'll probably also add some additional protection as well. All in all seems to be a great deal and I would expect to take the aforementioned additional precautions on most racks.
