Arrived on time, easy to put together, lightweight
Got the package quickly. And it seems like good quality but what should’ve taken 15 minutes to have the rack ready to hang on my hitch ended in frustration about 40 minutes later. On of the holes for the hitch doesn’t have enough thread for the screw so I can’t get the screw in all the way. Which means it won’t fit my hitch properly. No phone number so support or I would’ve ordered elsewhere. Disappointed.
